Can We live without Food Intake Using Sungazing and Barefoot walking




Introduction to sungazing

 Sun is one of the best natural healer available to us. Sungazing is nothing but simply gazing at the sun. Many cultures and civilizations knew that gazing at the sun either during sunset or sunrise is beneficial to ones health by improving eyesight, improves endocrine health, increases melatonin and serotonin production, increases sleep quality. In  Mahabharatha  it was mentioned that “The Sun’s rays have the amazing power to heal. Sun worship helped Sambha, Krishna’s grandson, get cured of leprosy. This context clearly explains that healing through sun was a well-developed science in ancient times. Konark Sun temple, in India tells that Indians worship sun for their good health. Historically, a lot of people have remained without food. In 1922, the Imperial Medical College in London decreed that solar rays were the ideal food for humans. However, no one revealed what their technique was. For example, Yogananda, in his book “Autobiography of a Yogi,” interviewed many saints and mystics to find out the secret of their lack of eating food. The common reply was that the sun’s energy entered through a secret door and reached the medulla oblongata in the brain. They did not divulge their secret. This knowledge was lost to common folk at the time.

 In recent times this method has been popularized by Hira Ratan Manek and the technique is known as HRM Sungazing method. More than 10000 people have been following sungazing all over the world and are getting their daily energy required for the routine living from sun only. They don’t need to take food for their survival but they do take food occasionally If needed when they are in family gatherings,parties.

How to Practice Sungazing(Method 1 to remain hunger free)

1.The process is simple to gaze the sun standing barefoot on mud or sand preferably and doing sungazing .So we can do this practice on beach side or on rivershore ,or on our terrace.

(To be Avoided-Doing sungazing in water and on grass is avoided because one is not properly grounded in the above two cases,as our body needs proper way of grounding ourselves also for the method to work effcetively).

2. Initially the gazing time is 10 Seconds and daily it should be keeping increased by 10 seconds and Sungazing is a one-time practice, usually for a period of 9 months, or 44 minutes, of sun gazing. You can break up the practice into three phases: 0 to 3 months, 3-6 months and 6-9 months. After completing the sun gazing practice, you will then walk barefoot, 45 minutes daily [if you stop at 15 or 30 minutes of sungazing, you walk barefoot for the rest of your life; if you complete the full 44 minutes of sun gazing, then you walk barefoot for one year.If the sky is cloudy and unable to gaze sun then try to look at the position of the sun in the sky with same time limit as that of previous day until sun appears for gazing.

( As Uv rays are at the lowest intensity which does not harm during first one hour of sunrise or last one hour of Sunset sungazing should be practiced during this time only. When you increase your sun gazing time, you may need to split your sun gazing between sunrise and sunset. It’s very important when you are sun gazing and you  to do it safely to ensure there are no damages from exposure to the sun. If sungazing is not done correctly there can be many damages related to the sun. Because our eyes are such a vital part of our lives we must be extremely careful. One is advised to stop gazing if any irritation in eyes are felt while gazing.)

3.Walking barefoot on ground is necessary part of sungazing.

(This process stimulates the essential parts of brain and transforms the person healthy.Walking Bare foot is called grounding and we as humans  embody an electromagnetic polarity, with our feet representing the negative pole and our head representing the positive pole, relative to each other. When we are grounded ie.,when we stand on barefoot on the Earth below us  and we are equally linked with the Sun above us , our bodies become an open container through which cosmic energies can flow. What happens in grounding is we  anchor  higher-frequency energies safely within the body, much like a step-down transformer which  changes high-frequency electrical energy into a form which can circulate safely through the wiring system of a house.

Niels Ryberg Finsen was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1903 as he recognized the use of sunlight in treating a battling disease lupus vulgaris.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is not one chemical but many. The natural type is produced in the skin from a universally present form of cholesterol 7-Dehydrocholestral. Sunlight is the key: Its ultraviolet B (UVB) energy converts the precursor to vitamin D3. The sun's energy turns a chemical in your skin into vitamin D3 which is carried to your liver and then your kidneys to transform it to active vitamin D. It helps the body to absorb and retain calcium and phosphorous which are essential for building bone in our body. Vitamin D can help in reducing cancel cell growth,inflammation, help control infections and prevents  osteo poriosis,osteomalacia and rickets.

Our body gets Vitamin D only to the extent of 10% so it is necessary to fill the remaining 90% of necessary Vitamin D either by Supplements or by getting it directly from sun exposure.

Vitamin D increases ones longevity, and so sungazing helps us in our longevity also.

Suncharged water(Charging water with Sun Energy)

The daily water we consume is dead water as the water is stored in closed containers. Water has more energy if drink it directly from rivers or waterfalls because it flows and is open to sun to receive Sun energy. Water we drink also can be charged by the following methods

1.Suncharging.

2.Using Vortex Generator.

3.Using water structuring devices.

Here we discuss the process to convert the water we drink using Suncharging  as described  below

1. Fill a half or full gallon clear glass jar with drinkable water; preferably filtered, distilled, or tap water.

 2. Place it outside on the ground in your yard with a glass cover on it sometime in the morning so that water is charged with the rays of sun.

3. Leave it outside for 5 to 8 hours. More time is not necessary, and less time has less effect.

4. Drink this water throughout the day and solar charged water to be consumed within one day only. Do not store this water in plastic containers , and there is no need to refrigerate.

5.Water to be consumed in glass container or Earthen made container as water used by storing in plastic reduces  it to the dead water.

Obesity Control

You are winning over hunger by practicing Sungazing, you are not controlling it. So you can fast easily. Easily obesity is under control. For obese people it is the only alternative, the only way out to control obesity in an easy way.

Bare foot walking(2nd method to remain hunger free)

 Alternate practice for the hunger to be disappeared naturally is to start is walking barefoot on bare earth for 45 minutes daily for a total of 365 days. Relaxed walking only, no need to walk briskly, jog or run. Any convenient time of the day is all right, however it is preferred to do that when the earth is warmer and sunlight is falling on your body. When you walk barefoot, an important gland in the brain's center called the pineal gland, or the third eye, is activated. The big toe of the foot represents this gland. 25 years ago it was considered a useless gland; now it has become an important gland for study and about 18,000 papers have been published about it. It has always been known as the “seat of the soul.” The pineal gland has optic nerve endings. The remaining four toes represent glands too – the pituitary, hypothalamus, thalamus and amygdala. The amygdale gland, for the last 2 years, has been gaining importance in medical research. It's a nucleus of the sun or cosmic energy and plays an important role in the photosynthesis of how sunlight reaches the brain through the eye. When you walk barefoot, your body weight stimulates all these 5 glands through your toes. This is strengthened by the earth heat/energy and the sun prana falling on the head or the crown chakra. The chakras are not in the spinal cord -- that is an imaginary location; they are definitely in the brain. All these create a magnetic field and the body/brain recharges with the sun energy entering into you. Relax.

 Walk 45 minutes  bare foot for one year and  food will continue to be unnecessary for you. After one year of recharging, if you are satisfied with your progress, you can give up barefoot walking.

Nasa Experiment on Hira Ratan Manek

Nasa had conducted 130 days observation on Hira Ratan Manek and verified that Manek had survived for 130 taking only water.This observation was conducted by Nasa to make use of this technique to solve the food storage and preservation issues faced by the astronauts in their space expeditions.

Conclusion

No one needs to eat more than his or her hunger levels. Hunger comes because of energy requirements, body requires energy and energy is a must. But food is not a necessity for the body to function. Only energy is. Conventionally we are indirectly getting sun energy while eating food that which is a by-product of sun energy. No sunlight—no food will grow. What we eat is secondary sun energy. In 6- months time we are staring to eat the original form of micro food—Our Sun. Also, when we eat secondary energy we put in a lot of toxic waste into the body. This can be totally avoided. So as we consume the Original form, the sun, hunger goes down. Then hunger starts to disappear.
